BEAUTY BENEFITS OF GREEN TEA

Heyy pretty :).. hope you guys are having a fun week end... today I am gonna tell you guys about some of the amazing beauty benefit of green tea for skin ans hair. All of us are aware that it helps in weight loss but it also has tremendous benefits on skin and hair.

It contains flavanoids (polyphenols), 2-4% caffiene that boosts the memory and thinking abilities, anti oxidants and anti inflamatory properties.

Green tea is best consumed or applied onto the skin.

 Benefits of green tea on skin

1. Fights against free radicals.
2. Protects against skin cancer.
3. Reduces and heals the sun damage caused onto our skin.
4. Delays the ageing process.
5. Prevents wrinkles, freckles, saggy skin.
6. Increases the elasticity of the skin thus making it soft and supple.
7. It is anti bacterial thus helps in curing acne and pimples.
8. The anti oxidants helps in cell renewal process.
9. Prevents skin cancer.
10. Soothes any redness or irritation on the skin.

Benefits of green tea on hair

1. Strengthens your hair.
2. Stimulates and improves blood circulation.
3. Reduces hair fall.

There are various reasons of hair loss like:

-pollution

-unclean scalp

-stress, anxiety

-prolonged illness like typhoid, jaundice

-pregnancy

-hormonal imbalance

But the two main factors which cause hair loss the most are DHT factor and loss of blood circulation to your hair follicles. 

Green tea can be the solution to these two problems.

DHT (DiHydro Testosterone), which is produced by a particular enzyme (called 5Aplpha) in the body along with testosterone. This DHT then attaches itself to the hair follicles thus shrinking the size of the latter. This is sometimes aggravated by genetic reasons as well, which is why hair loss is also depended on your genetic history.

Since green tea is a very powerful anti-oxidant, it reduces DHT and Cholesterol in your body. It is a herbal process of fighting against the 5Alpha, thus minimizing the effects of hair follicle reduction. It works like a marvel in strengthening hair strands.

Green tea contains a certain molecule called catechin in oodles. This is helpful in acting as an anti-biotic and anti-carcinogenic. Moreover, catechin also helps in stimulating hair growth.

DIY FACE MASK FOR CLEAR & GLOWING SKIN.

I have an oily sensitive skin which is prone to acne so here's a simple yet an effective remedy to get a flawless glowing skin.

HONEY + CURD FACE MASK.

You need:

1 tsp organic honey
1 tsp organic curd

Mix both well.

Wash your face thoroughly to remove all the dirt and then pat your face dry.
Then evenly apply this mixture on your entire face and neck.
Leave it for about 20 minutes.
Then slightly dampen your palms and massage your face in circular and upward stroke for that sculpted look.
Lastly, wash off with cold water.
Helpful for all skin types.

HOW IT WORKS?

Honey:

                  

It has anti bacterial and anti inflammatory properties.
It is rich in anti oxidants that kills the free radicals and makes your skin look fresh.
It has iron, phosphorous, magnesium, amino acids, vitamin B & C.
Soothes and nourishes the skin deeply.
Reduces freckles and wrinkles.
Makes skin soft and supple.

Curd:

                     

Rich in Vitamin C, Zinc and Calcium.
Has lactic acid that is essential to slow down the ageing process. (anti ageing)
Fights against wrinkles.
Treats sun burns.
Acts as a natural moisturiser and skin brightner.
Since its quite rich in zinc it helps fight acne and blemishes and with regular usage it will prevent them.
Mild bleaching properties help to reduce dark circle, tanning, skin discolouration.


Voila!! You have the clear hydrated skin now :)...

Heyyy guys today i'm gonna review this small little magic wand which is a staple in my bag. I am so hooked to it that i use it every single day.

I am always in hurry to rush to college in the morning  and this little stick glides on effortlessly on upper lid and waterline without any tugging and it does not sting either and brightens up my face instatnly..

If you wanna create a smokey look you may have to do so immediately and quickly after applying it.

I usually  use  organic coconut oil to remove my eye makeup so i dont have a hard time taking it off my eyes. just one swipe of Q-tip dipped in coconut oil and another to clean off completely and i'm done :)..

It has stood through my happy tears and rain without making me look like a ghost :P..

I have 8 hrours of college and it stays on all day long with out smudging or fading.

I like Lakme eyeconic kajal better than the Maybelline colossal kajal because colossal kajal is so soft that it often breaks even when i use it gently..

This is certainly my favourite everyday kajal..
