Golden Black Smokey Eye + Red lips

Hi Everyone :)
Hope you enjoying your summer vacation and having a nice time.

In my earlier posts I informed you guys that I have started working as a Nail artist and Freelance Bridal Makeup Artist. And After I posted pictures on my instagram account  HERE a lot of you asked me to create tutorials and to a product break down. While tutorials will take some time I thought I shall do a product break down on my blog.

For this series the first look I chose is a Classic Golden Black smokey eyes that goes with all evening wedding occasions no matter what color dress you are wearing. It also goes really well with Glamorous western outfits and occasion.

Say hello to my pretty client. She is the younger sister of the Bride. Her Outfit was Black and Gold.

PRODUCT BREAK DOWN:

Face :

I first prepped her skin with Primer and then used Mac concealers to cover any imperfections and then smoothed it all out by using  Mac Studio fix foundation and set it with compact and loose powder. I then went on to add back colour to the face using Mac Springsheen blush followed by soft conturing and highlighting.

Eyes:

For eye we went a little dramatic yet soft and used a eye shadow primer to ensure the work stays for long hours  and then I used Faces golden eye shadow all over her lid and blended the crease with a brown eye shadow my Mac called sable. For outer 'V'  I used Mac carbon ever so slightly and mixed it with a matte dark brown eye shadow.

To complete the eye I then lined her upper and lower waterline using a Gel eye liner and loads of Mascara to up the Oomph factor. I also filled tiny gaps in her brows and highlighted the brow bone as well to finish the look.

Closer look of eyes

Lips:
Moving on to the lips I first lined her lips using a Red lip liner and then applied Mac lipstick called Relentlessly red to finish the entire look.

And this is it with Makeup.

Hair : Moving on to hair I did a slight puff on both the sides in the front.

And back is where the drama is. This is my first hair style so please be generous in judging me :P I twisted 4 section of her hair and brought all the hair to one side and secured it in place with bobby pins. To finish the look I added these black and gold floral hair accessories for final touches. Dont forget to secure your art with hair spray to make it last all night long.

I know the twists aren't as clear in the pics since I took it with my mobile camera so please excuse it.

I hope you guys enjoyed reading the post as much as I enjoyed typing it for you all.
Also please let me know if you would like to see more such posts so that I can make them regular.

Lots of Love,
Priyanka.
